Location and Space Details:
Growing clinic seeking a healthcare provider to join our Body Positive, LGBTQ centered practice. The office is in SW, on the fourth and top floor of a beautiful 100 year old brick building – right on the Max line, on the North side of the main library. The provider would run their business independently but share the perks of a collaborative and supportive practice.
Our clinic has a reception room, three treatment rooms, great natural light in each provider office, vinyl floors, and a gender-neutral restroom. The available space is furnished with a desk, massage table, and is soon to have a NMT/Chiropractic table. There is a third treatment room is shared between the 3 of us. It has a small sink, centrifuge, OB/Gyn table. We are set up with Quest Diagnostics for labs. Sharing of basic medical supplies is definitely possible.
What we are looking for in a provider:
There is potential for inter-office referral, our hope is to find a practitioner who is very informed about trans and queer health. It is imperative this provider is trauma-informed, invested in the queer community, and called to work with LGBTQI populations. Utilization of harm reduction and body/size-positive approaches are essential.
This opportunity is the best of two worlds. You get a great place to practice medicine, be independent, and grow as you wish – plus you get the support of marketing and referrals from us.
Cost and What is included:
The cost of the space includes a 150 sq ft room with a closet, a huge window, wifi, all utilities, reception service, scheduling, Charm EHR for charting, marketing, online fax service, a bio page and link to online scheduling on the clinic’s website, and an additional 100 sq ft treatment room to share with the two of us.
Price for half time: 650 – including administrative costs, some marketing, and rent – at 2.5 days per week. Days available: Monday, Wednesday (half day), and Friday. Sundays could be included at no extra charge.
